What are your operating hours?
Standard hours are 7am–10pm local time. After-hours access is available with advance notice.
What equipment is included?
Each studio is pre-lit and includes broadcast lighting, two lav mics, and basic IFB. Add‑ons like teleprompters, 4K camera kits, and talkback are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund with 48‑hour notice. 50% within 48 hours. No‑shows are charged in full.
Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all studios provide accessible entry, elevator service (where applicable), and restrooms.
How is pricing structured in Canada?
Rates are hourly with a two‑hour minimum. Applicable GST/HST or QST is added based on the province of the studio. Overtime is billed in 30‑minute increments.
Do I need insurance?
For productions with external crew or high‑value rentals, proof of commercial general liability is required. Day policies are accepted.
What internet speeds are available?
Studios include symmetric fibre with bonded paths. Typical availability is 500/500 Mbps with redundant ISP failover for live hits.
Can you support remote guests?
Yes. We support remote contribution via Zoom, Teams, LiveU, SRT, and NDI with IFB and return video.
Which cities do you cover?
We maintain partner studios in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, and Ottawa. Satellite spaces can be arranged on request.
Is parking available?
Most locations have onsite or adjacent paid parking. Load‑in access is available at designated doors. We’re transit friendly where possible.
How do you handle overtime?
Overtime applies after the booked window and is rounded to the next 30 minutes. Night and statutory holidays carry premium rates.
Do you require a security deposit?
For first‑time renters or large equipment packages, a refundable deposit or credit card pre‑auth may be required.
What happens during severe weather?
In case of official weather advisories (snow/ice storms), we offer fee‑free rescheduling subject to availability.
How do I book?
Submit your preferred date, city, and technical needs. We’ll confirm within business hours and send a secure invoice to hold the slot.
